Security Tips

Tips for Keeping Your Login Secure

Your pu9 Follow the tips below to keep your account secure. A little caution can save you from a lot of trouble.

Use a strong password

Create a password with at least 8 characters, mixing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols. Never use your date of birth or phone number as a password.

Keep 2FA Active

With two-factor authentication enabled, no one else can log in even if they know your password. You can turn it on easily from Account Settings.

Avoid public Wi-Fi

Logging in over free Wi-Fi at a café or public place puts your data at risk. Use mobile data or your own Wi-Fi instead.

Log out after use

If you log in from a shared device, always log out when you're done. Only use the "Remember me" option on your personal device.
