Pu9 Terms & Conditions — Please read before using the platform

1. General Terms

pu9 An online betting platform offering Sports Betting, live betting, casino games, and more for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by pu9.

By using the pu9 website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our platform.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
• pu9 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
• Registered users will be notified of any changes to these Terms via email or in-app notification.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration

pu9To open an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account using false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration may be verified at a later stage.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to pu9 immediately.
• A valid mobile number and active email address are required at registration.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

pu9You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. Keeping minors away from gambling is our top priority.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

pu9There are specific rules governing deposits and withdrawals that all users must follow. These rules are in place to ensure financial security and transparency.

• Minimum deposit limit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum withdrawal limit: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Deposits are typically credited within 2–5 minutes.
• Withdrawals may take up to 30 minutes to process.
• If you have an active bonus, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• pu9 reserves the right to hold payments on suspicious transactions pending verification.

Currently pu9Accepted payment methods at Mobile Pay, Nagad & Rocket. Credit cards and international payment methods are not currently supported.

5. Betting Rules

pu9The following rules apply when placing bets with us and are effective across all betting markets.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pu9 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Accounts found placing bets through match-fixing or unauthorized advantages will be permanently closed.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is not allowed.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, your bet result will be saved on the server.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

pu9 Regular bonuses and promotional offers are available. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered members one time only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a specified wagering requirement must be completed first.
• Typically, a wagering requirement of 10 to 25 times the bonus amount applies.
• Any bonus not used before its expiry date will be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, pu9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

pu9 The following actions may result in an account being temporarily suspended or permanently terminated:

• Registering an account using false information.
• Failure to pass age verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.

If an account is terminated and the balance remains with no breach of terms, it will be refunded. However, balances may be forfeited if the account was involved in fraudulent activity.

8. Responsible Betting

pu9 We believe betting is entertainment, not addiction, and encourage all users to bet responsibly.

• You can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits at any time.
• You can temporarily deactivate your account at any time through the self-exclusion option.
• If you run into any betting issues, our support team is available to help — free of charge.
• Never bet money you cannot afford to lose.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

pu9 We reserve the right to amend these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Users will be notified at least 7 days before any changes come into effect.

• Notices of changes will be sent via email and in-app notification.
• All disputes will first be directed to our support team for resolution.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, it will be referred to pu9's designated mediator for settlement.
